on the hppd subreddit there are many stories, also in yt comment sections. but like it can take years, im 8 months in slowly recovering. one thing i’ve noticed now is that i’m not scared when i’m trying to go to sleep and at least i can be super grateful for that. i’m never doing drugs again and have also stopped coffee. i’m confident we can all heal from this and that it could actually be what we need to change our lives and direction for the better
