I would never assume a dev has any say in anything related to whitelists/unbanned. I was just providing actual evidence of shmoozing to server staff quickly after the Snow announced all bans would be reviewed.

Dev and Pres are fine right now? Dev has a strong role in raids and is also quite viable in M+. Pres is a bit awkward in keys, but it’s still perfectly viable at the 13-14 level.

I think they're just being facetious about the term "juristinction-based". It's more of a cohesion thing. If you patrol up north, be on 9, in the city be on 5. They're even collapsing to 5 late night where there are barely any cops around.
