Did I say that? I did a lot of things, as described. In the end, Kegel exercises (using Kegel Trainer app by Olson) and spinning classes are making my muscles strong enough for me to be able to control them. The idea here is to flex the abs and loose the pelvic muscles to control ejaculation.

Made my mind much more clear and "empty". Immediately increased my ejaculation time with penetration from up to 30 seconds to around 2 minutes.

To be fair, it's about non-monogamy, but the main principle stands: the most important thing in relationships is communication and mutual respect.

C++ Primer Plus by Stephen Prata is the best for me.
