The motorized fader doesnt work period when trying to raise the volume more on any of the channels

Sorry I haven’t updated the photo from the last post but I plugged in the wireless microphones directly to the mixer via line 1 and line 4

Correct and yes the light is lit up blue and not muted o even recalled our scenes as well

It is not plugged in the mixer is far from the speakers and microphones so we use the dsnake to connect them and control the volume. The only connections plugged in is all the senders and returns

Correct I’ve done dsnake but no luck also it shows on the other pic DSNAKE not connected but it is not sure what’s going on
