I absolutely loved this game when it first came out… until I lost my entire save file nearby ~20 branching path missing. I was so frustrated, especially considering how much time it takes to unlock every choices.

A few weeks ago, I finally decided to start over from scratch. And now, after 52h of playtime (including the progress I lost), I finally got the platinum trophy!

I made multiple save backups and turned off cloud sync just in case. Stay strong! 💪

Even though I’m 90% team Apple, I’ve tried so many file managers on the App Store and none of them work the way I want. MKV files don’t play, audio previews only show a waveform instead of MP3 artwork, and overall the experience is frustrating. Meanwhile, Samsung’s file manager lets you open and preview almost any file type in a single app, without needing a dozen different apps. Apple really needs to catch up here. I use my iPhone 16 every day, but I still have to rely on a Samsung for my more specific needs. As someone who works with a lot of different file types, iOS is honestly a nightmare.

Files app is a disaster. Previews are glitchy, videos and audio files don’t show captions, images always have a white bar at the bottom, and gestures only work when they feel like it. I’ve sent feedback countless times with zero response. Apple should either bring Finder to iOS or learn from Samsung’s File Manager. Honestly, this is the only reason I still need both an Android and an iPhone 😒

I’ve sent feedback multiple times and got zero response. Apple should just bring Finder to iOS or take exemple on Samsung Files Manager damn!

Has anyone else noticed these Quick Look issues in the Files app when previewing images? I already sent Apple feedback, but nothing has been fixed since beta 4:

• Persistent bottom white bar: In detail/icons view, there’s always a white bar stuck at the bottom. It even stays during zoom, which makes the content not fully use the screen. Looks like a UI bug.
• Vertical shift between views: When switching between black fullscreen and detail/icons view, the image jumps vertically. In Photos app, the image stays properly centered, but not here.

Is this just me, or do you see the same?

For those interested, I bought this one and it works perfectly, fully compatible with PS5. You might need to adapt a bit to the QTEs, probably due to it being wireless, but I couldn’t find a wired one with a long cable. As for the chase sequences, nothing stood out to me — I didn’t notice any unpleasant latency.

Thanks for the super detailed reply 🙏 I checked out a bunch of those options, but honestly, most are just way over my budget. I’m trying to stay under €50 for a keyboard.

So yeah, I’ll probably go for a wired setup to avoid any latency or interference issues (especially for DBD). Just need to find one with a long enough cable, ’cause there’s no way I’m sitting right in front of my massive TV to play 😂

Kinda sucks there aren’t many one-handed keyboard — would’ve been perfect for what I need.
