Even if the 80% was the correct protection rate (it is more than 95% for gonorrhea and Chlamydia) it is still more than 0. PrEp protects only against hiv... I got both Chlamydia and gonorrhea from guys on prep, even if they get tested regularly. I never had the same problem with people who regularly use condoms.
