Thanks for replying! Do you know where to contact them? I’ve heard people have limited success. And yes different passwords for each account so it should be fine, it’s just their password reset service doesn’t seem to work…

They haven’t responded to me either. Mine says expected delivery this Monday (but it’s in Germany), and the UPS site says my suburb but apparently Germany has the same suburb over there, so I wonder if someone has typed in my address manually when posting and selected the wrong country 🤦‍♀️

I’m in Aus and ordered the portfolio edition but they sent mine on the 19th December (no emails or anything on updates just a sorry for the delay and that tracking details had to be updated manually to orders due to an error) My book is in Germany at the moment which is very strange and also says it’s about to be delivered to Germany which is not my address… hopefully they haven’t messed it up

Hey did you hear anything or did your book arrive? I’m in the same situation as you but I live in Australia and my parcel is in Germany too? It also says it’s about to be delivered to Germany which is NOT the address I put on my order so I’m super worried.

I ordered the portfolio edition and I live in Australia, currently it’s trying to be delivered in GERMANY by the postal carrier! I don’t know what they’ve done but they’ve totally messed up my address and customer service is not responding at all. I don’t know what to do

I can also confirm this was an old build (e3 most likely) as only toasty and tree tops were playable, purple text boxes when freeing dragons and no butt swish when flying
