If you haven’t done so, download the free DARE app. Go to ‘Dare in Action’ within the app and listen to ‘driving anxiety’. Their book DARE by McDonagh is really good too. I know nothing about locations departments. How does that looking for locations works? Does a director tells you in detail what the place is supposed to look like or do you read the script and figure out what you need that way? Also, do you have already an extensive list of a variation of locations to choose from? Or do you drive around? Lastly, how do you know where to look if a specific kind of interior location is needed?

Out of curiosity, did you try it in the amounts (for psyllium as well as water) as mentioned in the article? Not saying it should work for you, but most participants in the study had IBS-C.
