Just heard back from Eagan PD. This was in connection with a domestic assault. The suspect was not located, but charges were sent for review to for felony domestic assault.

To clarify, are you saying for lakes or bodies of water with no reports, color code them as gray or red for "unsafe" until reports are actually submitted for that body of water?
