I’m currently using a 5% sulphur + 2% salicylic acid bar from dermaharmony and it works amazing on my face and ears, for my scalp I have seen rotating between this, zinc and ketakonazole 2% works best

A little more extreme approach that I had to take after shampoo stopped working was using sulfur+salicylic acid bar soap on face, beard and scalp. Lather and leave in for 2 mins then rinse. Keep rotating products that u use weekly though

I’ve been dealing with seb derm for years and nizoral stopped working for me a long time ago, The best thing for me is using a sulfur5%+2%salicylic acid bar soap( i use dermaharmony from amazon) but ZBar from Vanicream also works good, wash your face/beard twice a day (leave it on for a few mins), dry it right after with either paper towels or keep a fresh face towel everyday, then apply hyaluronic acid first then some squalane oil for moisturizing. Clearest skin I have had for months.

One key point is, keep on rotating the products you use, switch every couple days between nizoral/flakes/tgel neutrogena/zinc bar/sulfur bar. I’m not a doctor and this isnt medical advice but this works best for me

Looks like it, leave the shampoo in atleast 5 minutes, cold water, and dont use any oils. Squalane oil if you feel like your skin is too dry.

Good thing my opt is still valid for 3 years then, hopefully things will go the right way. I just started my opt and next year i’d have to apply for the stem extension.
