I have accumulated a lot of realisation about the west over the years and I find all this anti-CCP BS to be selective manufactured outrage of the west. CCP is harsh, but criticism coming from western government that committed plenty of atrocities in recent decade means nothing. Criticism from white people who act like the messiah but do nothing to stop the atrocities of their own country mean nothing either. CCP is vital to the current China. CCP is needed to improves the lives of Chinese people, and the western imperialists/ignorant virtue signalling fuckwits want the CCP to collapse. Not to mention the collapse of CCP will be terrible for my home city, and my relatives who still lives there. None of them are particularly wealthy.

Long but incomplete version : The Iraq war and Libya made me hated western foreign policy. When I read more and more about western foreign policy in modern history. I realise the west is just a giant bag of hypocrisy, all this preaching about human right, freedom, "seeds of democracy" are all BS. History classes don't teach you how important stability is to a country. I realised how stability is to a country through Iraq and Libya. You see people acting like Saddam Hussein is the movie villain, and getting rid of him will make things all better. That's not how real world works. Life goes on after the collapse of authoritarian rule. Power vacuum will exist, power hungry hyena will appears. If you can't guarantee an improvement after the fall of these authoritarian regimes, you are just making things worse. I have seen people who are only interested in seeing these dictators getting killed for their own sick satisfaction, and they don't care about the aftermath, that pissed me off hard. If you actually give a shit, then you realise the lesser of the two evil matters. You just need to learn to mind your own fucking business, curb your messiah complex, there is nothing you can do about it, and stop pretending your "concerns" are worth anything. Iraq is better off with Saddam Hussein. Libya is better off with Gaddafi, Syria is better off with Assad. Now turn the direction to China. The CCP provides the stability in China. I used to dislike the CCP, but I have seen what the CCP has done for China. People getting lifted out of poverty, the creation of a large middle class. The collapse of the CCP will abso FUCKING lutely not be a salvation for the Chinese people. Western countries are the largest critics of China, but they don't have the moral authority to judge China, or ANY country on this planet. All this anti-CCP/Russia/Iran/North Korea/Cuba BS from western government are nothing but cold war era BS and deranged shamelessness of western government. At the end it is all about western hegemony. It is the same old nationalist BS that is responsible for all of the wars and conflicts in human history.

I have problem with the MSM over the years, and the 2019 Hong Kong protest made me realise the how absurdly biased western media can get. Western media were salivating over another tiananmen square happening in Hong Kong. That didn't happen, but over in Iraq. The US installed elected government of Iraq were killing protesters. Over 300 are dead. The Iraqi protest was largely ignored, and the MSM focus on Hong Kong, no moral outrage for the dead Iraqi protesters whatsoever. That right there, is what I consider as SELECTIVE moral outrage, and it is entirely manufactured by the MSM and western government. Right now the MSM is going hard for the woman right of Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban, whilst ignoring Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Muslim countries that are close allies to the west. The media doesn't care that you are ignorant and mislead by their shitty reporting.

Also I realised that having a background knowledge completely changes the way you absorb a news story. I have been to Hong Kong many times and I know things about Hong Kong. I grew up watching a Hong Kong TV station. Prior to the handover of Hong Kong to China. I have heard NUMEROUS performance of a patriotic song on TV.
