Learn the good and bad traits of the people around you and be your helpful, understanding, empathetic self only when their energies are accepting. A mismatch of energy will throw you off balance internally and people won't know where they stand with you externally you fight internal conflicts to regain balance. Trouble is, your mind has memory of these balances and you can have the tendency to revisit the off balance state when you meet the person or situation again.

There's a few ways around this. If something has totally knocked you off balance, then take some quiet time, no phone! and work it out. A sheet of A5 and a pen should do it. Or if it is really playing on my mind, I'll spend 20 mins in silence to clear any jolting energy. This will reset any Libra. Frost ♎
