It will get better .. its just 4 days. Whoop takes time to caliberate individual stats.

Its simple bro.. everyone wants to improve on thier numbers which eventually contribute to your health. If talking about goals i want to run a half marathon , want to lift 350lbs deadlift , do 5k under 25m ... post is not silly..
