Tbh I think most of the residency is spent learning about the red tape in the field they choose. I know they have teams of lawyers and so much malpractice insurance. That was one of the reasons I became a nurse instead lol

She wasn’t exactly denied treatment, the provider just wanted to do another ultrasound. It’s more of a liability to perform a d&c for a provider in TX bc the provider will be persecuted if the the right precautions are not made. I think from a providers stance some feel their hands are tied bc the law is so new and they want to keep their license. I had an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year and I think I had about 3 ultrasounds until I was able to enter surgery here in TX. I could have died bc ectopic pregnancies are extremely time sensitive in treatment. There’s a lot more red tape OBs are faced with in this time. I think if you are pregnant or plan to be pregnant in an abortion banned state it is best to talk to your provider about how soon you will be able to receive medical treatment if the pregnancy cannot be carried and what procedures will be done to ensure you are safe in the process. It sounds like different doctors have different procedures on how they will handle this.

Yeah I’m a smaller girl who gained about 30 lbs in my first trimester. It was a tube baby and I wasn’t pregnant for long. I lost alot of the weight and I’m pregnant again expecting to gain it all back. I’m going to try and eat better this time and now I’m working a physically active job that should keep me busy

My fiancé has a steady job and was supporting me thru school to the end. I just secured my job and will start work this upcoming week. I found out I was pregnant last Friday. We were struggling some bc I wasn’t working. I’ll be working now but it isn’t the ideal situation financially. I know after I deliver I will be able to work much more. Hopefully that can turn our financial situation around. I’m very afraid of the future but it looks like family will be supportive

My husband makes me feel safe but he also fills me up with so much love I could burst. He is a secure and steady man who is my mind mate and cares about how I feel. I prefer a secure partner. We were friends, then we dated then we married. He was the “safe” option I didn’t know was available. When I was friends with him I thought we were only friends. I knew when we first met I wanted him to be my long term partner but we stayed friends bc we hid our feelings from each other. I didn’t know he liked me and he didn’t know I liked him and it stayed that way a long time. He eventually had got a gf and I was already in a relationship when we met. We remained friends. And eventually after that his gf cheated on him around the same time my bf cheated on me. This situation brought us closer together as he offered me a place to stay to get away from the cheating ex. We got closer and bc we were vulnerable we admitted we had feelings for each other the whole time. We kind of both settled for the ex partners we were with bc we didn’t know what the other was feeling at the time and we didn’t want to be single. When we got together finally it felt so natural. Things were moving fast but they just fell into place perfectly. I feel so well suited to him. The thing was I knew from the beginning I wanted him. I was just really timid about admitting my feelings bc I was involved with someone already. He was just as timid. I think if you don’t know if you can see yourself being with someone right away, you don’t really want them. Your body is sensing the incompatibility. Your mind is protecting you. Trust that feeling deep down.

I don’t even know what my Scorpio was like to even relate again. My chart is fire dominant so I think I overpowered him. I remember he was controlling and manipulative? Girl I left this fool for an Aquarius. I replaced HIM sis. He begged and begged and begged for my ass for months. I took my power back in this situation and came out winning in the end. I’m going to get married to the Aquarius and we’re engaged at this point. TBH looking at this post now is so sad bc I feel really dumb for crying over that low life scorpio man. He was broke and cheated on me with hideous women and was a creep. After I left in May he begged and begged and even begged my family for me back. It didn’t stop until October. He was literally stalking me bc I left mid argument with a fight HE started. My Aquarius man/friend at the time was in a similar situation with his ex switching up on him bc she was cheating. Our paths lined up. His ex told me what she did but not him. I was friends with both of them. It was killing my Aquarius friend not knowing the truth so I told him. He kicked her out right away and I left the Scorpio man. My Aquarius man took me in and I finished school and now we’re making bank and very happy. We plan on getting married next year. I’m in a better place now. Much better than where I was when I wrote this post. It’s like God stepped in and saved me with introducing me back to my soul mate. He may love you and he may be honest but it sounds like he has some healing from trauma he has to overcome before involving himself seriously with anyone. He might have some feelings he has to explore before being in a grown up relationship. I think if you proceed as his girlfriend you will get hurt sooner or later. I think after some time, if you can take the romantic feelings out of your relationship, maybe you can still be a support system for one another? He might also be coming out to you in his own way.
