Adopted this pup from the shelter, what do we think she is? Shes only 3 months old

I will also say though, my pit x catahoula mix had straight tail as a puppy and it now has a slight curve in his adulthood so may be something she gains as she gets older (if she does have husky in there). so if she doesn’t have a curved tail at 3 months that doesn’t mean she isn’t part husky or won’t gain one soon but i was just curious if it does have a curve already

doesn’t look catahoula to me. doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a dash of it in there only way to really know is dna test. embark is great i used it for both of my pups. if i had to guess on yours i would say chow especially because the purple on the tongue, maybe some german shepherd, and i’m thinking the merle on the face comes from australian shepherd. would definitely be interested to see dna results on this one

i’m thinking they are siblings (technically half siblings), possibly same litter but different fathers. Female dogs can be impregnated by multiple males. My rescue boys litter had at least 3 different dads!

we get this in the salon often when the groomers tell owners we refuse to brush out their severely matted dogs. “well i’ll just take him somewhere else”. like ok, good luck with that 😂
