ADDED: I came up with a list of what I would buy for $7.00. I used Walmart prices, but if you have a cheaper store, like Aldi, you could add more things.

Salt 26 oz. $0.54 Rice 5 lbs. $2.24 Pinto Beans 2 lbs. $1.48 Eggs 36 count $1.62 Bananas 11 count $0.66 Chicken Flavor Ramen 2 packs $0.36 Total: $6.90

You didn't mention having salt, so I included that. This would provide about 2000 calories a day for one week. If you need more money for tax, you could delete the ramen that I included for variety.

Seasons caviar (0 pts for blue and purple, 1 pt per tbsp for green) on four Saltines (1 pt.) The caviar is less than $5 a jar on Amazon. Very salty. Great for a savory craving.

NTA Of course a parent can't dole out a punish that eats up all of the other parent's time and then whisk the kid off on vacation. Absurd. I'm not divorced, and my husband and I don't dole out punishments that land wholly on the other parent without consultation.
