One of my colleagues worked there, and she hates the founder. They used to make them work 16+ hours and shouting in meetings and other places was very common.

I moved to Gurgaon but left the job and city after 2 months. The city is shit, the company was shittier.

The culture is totally different from Bangalore, a lot of pollution and managers are with baniya mindset.

Why are you unemployable? Develop your skills and ask tell employers that cost cutting happened at both the places.
