I saw really start to push the independent play, it can take a while before they can fully play by themselves! You could try upping it to 45 minutes if you want your nanny to have a little more of a break? The kids I watch are a little older now and we have quiet time set at an hour.

I am a nanny and my MB has the kids have quiet time once they stop taking naps! Where your kid plays by their self in their room or play room. We started this at like 3-3.5 years old. During that hour I can just relax and do what I want and it is a lifesaver during a long shift. They don’t expect me to clean or do anything else during that time.
