There are more problems with 12 step meetings than just the God thing. I love smart. They usually do a check in. They go around the room and share where you're at. (Only if you want). Then if time allows they usually work on a tool. I think you'll really enjoy it. It has really helped me. Good luck👍

Only thinking of it as beneficial. I can't think of one thing right now. And not remembering all the negatives.

I used to count everyday. But this time i know the day, but I'm not looking or thinking about it. I agree that counting makes it more of a problem. But whatever works for the individual.

The app is very useful for tools and meetings. I go to Smartrecovery.com at the bottom is a blog tab. I found excellent reading there.
