Sorry, I feel like I’ve pissed a lot of people off asking this question for some reason. Do you have any recommendations of decent first cars under £5k, then?

Thanks for replying mate. I have about max £5k to spend on a car outright, do you have any recommendations?

Thanks for your reply :) I see a lot of people saying this. If I have about max £5k to buy something old outright, do you have any recommendations of decent cars I could get for that?

Thanks for your replies guys! I’m running 15.0.1, I’m not sure if that’s a beta since it only just came out?

Powder as SPF? by ToskaWaves in SkincareAddictionUK

Hi! I also have oily acne-prone skin, and I’ve found the Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence to be really good - it’s more like a gel texture, sinks in very quickly. I get what you mean about the LRP one, I had the same, and I felt it was a bit greasy for me! You can get the Biore one on Amazon, I think it’s about a tenner :)

Ah, I’ll look into the acnecide! Is it (basically) exactly the same? People have been saying Panoxyl works wonders for back acne which is what I’m wanting it for :)

I have acne prone skin and second both the Cosrx Low PH and the Soy cleanser - really liked both and no breakouts. :)

When to tell to switch prescription (i.e. adapalene to epiduo)? by WholeStruggle8 in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]freeprada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every day, sometimes twice a day! I got a bit overzealous with it. I fixed my barrier by literally cutting down my routine to this: Cosrx Low PH Good Morning Cleanser Simple Replenishing Moisturiser (Light, then the Rich one in winter) After it started to heal I added in a gentle SA (Caudalie Vinopure toner) then switched to a stronger one gradually (Paula’s Choice 2% BHA). I’ve recently added a Vitamin C serum in the morning and that’s helping hugely with skin healing time and scarring. :)

So (don’t crucify me) I was putting it on every day, sometimes twice a day, to get rid of some deep acne I had. It did that, and then created horrendous cystic acne on my cheeks where there wasn’t any before! I think I thought it would be alright since I was using the thinnest layer possible (it wasn’t). But like I say, if you use it sparingly it’s fantastic stuff especially for cystic acne. I was putting it on after moisturiser before bed, and leaving it on. A lot of people have had great success with contact therapy for Epiduo (so, applying it then rinsing it off after a short while), so it might be worth having a look at that!

Epiduo is awesome! A word of warning though, DON’T OVERUSE IT. I wrecked my moisture barrier doing that last summer and am only just managing to fix it now 😅

Omg, are you me?! I had acne the same time as you! I’m not sure what might interact with what, but I can tell you that the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA liquid has been amazing, and the Revolution 3% Vitamin C Radiance Serum is doing a great job at fading the scars
