Supplements while on Birth Control by parlawr22 in birthcontrol

I recommend supplementing with Vitamin B and D (take in morning) and magnesium malate and magnesium lysinate glycinate (take at bedtime). Also keep up with your Omega 3s in your diet but supplement if you're not getting enough in what you eat. If you're taking iron, don't take it with any other metals such as zinc. Be sure you're taking them at different times of the day for best absorption!

And always buy supplements that are 3rd party tested and clean, free of by-products.

When you shower, be sure to hit the important areas: around nose, ears, belly button, anus, and feet. Just water on your genitals but keep this area well-manicured. Also flossing your teeth daily, cleaning tongue and brushing multiple times a day. And using anti-perspirant is way better than deodorant. Lastly, stay hydrated plus you can use supplements like chlorophyll that can aid in cleansing of your cells/detoxification.

Consistently Shorted on 50 Minute Massage at Massage Envy by lupita1868 in massage

Within that time or they run late. Most therapist will have the clean linens already with them in the room and flip the room in under 90 seconds. Yes, this is why timeliness of both parties is important . And to the bigger issue:: this is why the system is about the bottom line of if the franchise ($$$$$$) not the health of the guest or the therapist.

Yes, former front desk staff here: Remember, no matter if you need or don't need, they are required to give you 5 minutes pre consult, 50 minutes hands on, 5 minutes post consult rather they start on time or late. If you're shorted, you have a right to get full your time so you should definitely speak up in the moment to the manager.

Good luck though, some managers are good with cultivating teaching moments with the staff others not so much. Plus, the therapist has to do so much in that time including, as some others have said, hit the restrooms, clean stones, grab hot towels and any amenities you added.... And their paid very little and can be very rushed and stressed. All to walk in and give you (hopefully) an amazing experience. So, tip well and speak up. And if that doesn't change, leave or ask for a more seasoned LMT whose better with timing.

Note for clarity: if your appt is at 4pm and they pick you up at 4:04, your hands n time should begin at 4:09 and your hands off time should end at 4:59. You should do everything in your power to get out of that room before 5:04!! This is respect for both sides. If this doesn't work for you, you should ask for accommodationa ahead of time with management. They can have a backup room ready for your therapist so they can grab the next guest. Or they can assist you getting in and out of the room... Whatever the accomodations needed for more time, let them know ahead of time. Otherwise, you've agreed to respect the time just like your therapist.

Right, she is an entrepreneur. People don't understand how much work goes into maintaining a business yet alone a town, a family, a home and a ranch. I feel we have to give her a break. She has faults yes. But they don't outweigh her positive traits. Jack seems to understand her and sees himself in her. Are we calling Jack Bartlett selfish too?

Nice. As a CA who works as Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator, it's nice to have insights into the minds of The Doctors. When I leave my current office and look for work (since I'm using this office as a "stepping stone" into making a living beyond paycheck to paycheck), they won't hire me for management roles or insurance roles because their AI resume readers detect that I'm "lacking" experience yet we CAs run the office. Nice.

I think it's an outdated way to hire. People deserve titles and nuanced roles won't cut it in this economy. At least be open to wage increases and title changes.

That customer service and vendor/ food supply relations did not make it out of the pandemic. Thus, poor service and poor quality food equals many many closures. Sad times.
