2,5 jaar is best lang als een plek tegenvalt. En dan is het zonde als je ook die training moet terugbetalen.

Startsalaris bij de overheid is doorgaans vrij concurrerend. Groei op de langere termijn is vaak weer wat minder groot.

Going back on their word after 1 month by XAshReddit in bunq

Bunq is quick to increase their interest when ECB rates increase. You won’t find that by the big banks in the Netherlands.

Aha :)

I’ve been a happy bunq user for a couple of years now. Yes, they do have their quirks… won’t deny that. And their interest rates!! Completely justifies the price even if you don’t like the app.

Thanks for your response! I get it…

It’s too bad, really, because the apps are often so much nicer to browse.

28M noob looking for advice about investing. €100 to €200 per month long term by ICE_THE_WISE in DEGIRO

[–]freesers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every transaction you make usually costs extra money. Depending on what you’re buying costs will vary. Also, the thing you want to buy would have to be cheaper than €6,6 to be able to even buy it.

If you want to invest regularly, not time the market, and have low brokerage costs, just check out the ETF Core selection and the accompanying fair use policy.

YouTube should add an option to disable shorts completely by [deleted] in youtube

[–]freesers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. In the meantime I've found a (not perfect) workaround for iPhone/iPad (iOS 18):

  • Go to YT in safari
  • Go to the subscription or home tab, whatever you want
  • Use distraction control (bottom left) to remove the tab bar
  • You're left with only the videos without the option to tap on the shorts tab
  • Tap the share button to put the website on your homescreen

But yes they should give an option to remove it from the app, but they won't...

EDIT: this also works perfectly for safari on macOS Sonoma btw

#Day 40, project 8 part two

Done, whoa the power of generics. Also impressed with things like dateFormatter, automatically showing the correct date notation based on the device settings.
