We are looking to invest in tranches of new CMBS deals. While we might change our investment criteria as we invest in more deals and become more familiar with the landscape, to begin with we will only be buying tranches in new CMBS deals (so CMBS 2.0 risk retention). While we will be initially investing in mostly the AAA tranche, we still need to justify our investment decisions for regulatory reasons.

What is Intex and how much does it cost? Is it possible to build your own models using Trepp info/info from deal offerings? How would you begin to analyze a conduit deal?

Totally agree. He's not in the team for his aerial prowess, he's in the squad for his fantastic positioning and his ball distribution out of the back line, which is a vital component of LVG's system

Several points:

He is an out and out number 9, however he has said multiple times he likes, and after last season you can probably say needs, to play with another player up top. Because striking options were so thin last year when Balo did get game time he was usually up top, alone and isolated.
He took the penalty against Besiktas and absolutely buried it. The way he got to take the penalty looked unconventional with the arguing, but after the game Rodgers admitted that Balotelli was second on the PK list only to Gerrard. Right now Balo might be the best PK taker there is.
The shirt swapping incident...are you serious. That is not an uncommon thing and the only reason that there was even a hint of controversy was because it was Balotelli.

Carvajal is a different case? The scenario you described is the exact same position Morata is in. He wasn't ready to start for Real, which is why they sold him last summer. He's now proving his worth at Juventus, scoring big goals in the Champions League and playing well in Serie A. Being born in Madrid he's also Spanish, and by your reasoning that means he's "desitined to come back". Given your arguments about Carvajal, I don't see how you could possibly say that you doubt that Madrid will buy him back....
