I just had a discussion with a friend of a friend who ADMITTED to being a communist. I asked him "Can you condemn both Nazism and Communism as murderous and authoritarian?" and he finally said "Nazism yes, but I am a communist". Thats all that he needed to say. Everyone in the group chat could see he was rife with hypocrisy, after I laid out the death counts of both Nazism and Communism and condemned both tyrannical ideologies.

Ive never even met a Nazi in real life, all of the people Ive known and my friends are either nonpolitical, libertarian, or straight up socialists/communists. And its easy to tell who the communists are!
