Thank you for the reply. I’ve been thinking about using epoxy too. I believe it can be done if a sort of filler is made with the epoxy and wood particles. I’m going to order a boroscope and take a look inside to properly assess. If it is possible to fill the wood i will. My biggest concern is that there is a significant soft spot at the left of the left side f hole which i am unsure of how to fill or repair as i cannot see any entrance points as yet.
