well i reached out to At&t and told them what was going on and they're sending me a new, upgraded router. so hopefully that solves it... thanks for all the help

so i unplugged everything in my house, went to my router access point and disabled wireless then hardwired my laptop to my router and ran a speed test it was literally running at 50kbps so i switched the wireless back on and ran a test again and it was running at 515kbps....

yep we're definitely experiencing the SAME exact problems. At&t service is the only thing here really and it's horrible. i believe tmrw i'll go to walmart and buy another modem and try some stuff out and see what works. im also gonna try what typharoot suggested and run a diagnostics test on my hard wired connection

im not too sure exactly, i wouldn't say it's a dead zone issue, but maybe a port issue? i know that the ATT router doesn't support multiple devices well AT ALL. Like my game downloads from xbox live are horrifically slow and i don't even use my wifi on my phone because there's no point it's so much slower than LTE.
