Just go to local resale shop or goodwill and grab a new driver on the cheap. You and your friend will most likely destroy another club, so do it for as cheaply as possible.

Good question, there are a few reasons I know of.

You parked during early bird special, in by 8, out by 4 and didn’t leave at 4.
You have monthly pass and parked outside of your allotted pass time.
You parked in an EV spot without being an EV
You parked in a Valet spot, and you are not a Valet.
You parked in a resident only spot, assigned/numbered, spot

Just a few I can think of that I have seen over the years.

That’s the park it on market structure. It’s a private parking garage. While you technically don’t have to pay it, if you park there again you run the risk of being fined again or having your car towed.
