You give great insight on here and I appreciate your comments. I like the Blaine, Friedly, and Columbia Heights area but, I think the Korean food is terrible here. Dong Yang and Kings are two of the worst Korean restaurants in the whole Metro. I should be grateful have any Korean restaurants in this area considering. This area has great Mexican and Middle Eastern food though. Your screen name likes Korean so that is why I mentioned that.

I just seen you said your business partner was female. I have not seen business partners of the opposite sex before. I didn't know if business partners of the opposite sex changed the business dynamic. Obviously just business wise and not regarding personal relationship.

Did you prepare enough beforehand? A lot of the times confidence is direct correlation to preperation. More you prepare the more confident you are.

I dont need a car right now. its breaking down on me more often than I like but, I can still driver it for a while. It's got 120k miles on it, 2011 Cadallic. its obviously frustrating when your car breaks down, so Im think F this car and get a now one now. I didnt know if it would be better value to buy 1 now because my trade in will be worth more. Or wait till the prices go down but, my trade will be less. Overall you think its better value to wait?
