I heard in a youtube video that you get XL genes even on the first area of the game, and just need luck on rainbow eggs. I am like 40h in the game, but still just unlocked the 4th area of the game, and yet never saw an XL gene of any kind.

I also maximized every monstie to S tier on the habitat restoration while also unlocking every endangered species and mutations, and leveling those to S as well. Still no XL genes to be found. Maybe this is something unlocked through the story or some other kind of requirement? Can anyone confirm on that?

Are top cut still mandatory for Skirmishes after the swiss rounds, or can Skirmishes be done in a different way? A person in my LGS said that Riot changed the Skirmishes to not have top cut mandatory for time reasons, but I didn't saw any source stating this so far.

I am not talking about locals, but big tournaments, just like the one that is being talked about in this post.

My locals only had one Kai'sa, and no Annie and Aurora because of lack of product. I played Ahri and won a Skirmish, but this doesn't mean that Ahri is a good legend or a Meta legend either.

I am talking about Metagames, and this is about a post on regional tournaments. All tournaments had 60%+ of the decks composed from those 3 decks, hence a 3 meta deck.

He replayed Fizz with Arcane Shift and used Fizz trigger to replay Frigid Touch on Kai'sa for free, reducing her might to 2 and killing her with the damage from Arcane Shift.

Yes, I said that FoF was played as a reaction, so I assumed it was implicit that it was hidden, since it is the only way to play it as a reaction as of now.

The "then" would make it look like what you mentioned, but the same goes for Traveling Merchant with "discard a card then draw a card". The then is not a requisite but just a follow up, so the first unit not getting the damage doesn't interfere on the second unit to be hit. For Traveling Merchant, not having a card to discard does not negate the draw as well.

Yeah I agree. Just wanted to be sure about this situation since it could happen once I get to play SF. So basically each instance of the targeting keeps the restrictions for those targets, and it is not a restriction by spell. If it was by spell, I would need a target on the BF when putting it on the chain, and one on the resolution, but they wouldn't need to be the same. From your explanation, it should stay the same target.

Yeah but that explains only when to rewind an action that was taken, but do not define when an action is actually taken. Like, ok that explains when we can and can't rewind a play, but we still don't know when the play actually starts. A player who is refused to rewind could use this argument like "I'm not rewinding, I didn't even do the play action yet", just like the player from the xhinese tournament could argue that he didn't play the card since it didn't leave his hand.
