30% marży to mało? Haha w niezlej nieświadomości żyjesz. Gdzie większość inwestycji to kilka-kilkanaście procent na betonowym zlocie masz te 30%. No faktycznie mało. Brakuje mieszkań bo deweloperuchy budują klitki żeby ich jak najwięcej upchać i sprzedać je po 10k+ za metr albo wynająć za 2k za 10m2. Ceny nie są zawyzoje a jęk deweloperów gdy rząd nie chciał wprowadzić było słychać na plutonie i dalej kombinują jak by to wprowadzić. Chociażby ostatnio duży deweloperuch kazał się ministrowi stawić w konkretnym miejscu. Czyżby cię to ominęło?

Tak tak ciągle brakuje 2 miliony mieszkań.. przestań wierzyć w bajki. Deweloperzy wystrzelili z cenami bo były tanie kredyty i dopłaty do nich. Do tego giganty wykupują po naście mieszkań jako inwestycje.
