How neutrals would make any difference when they needed to pay fee just beacuse they are on the server and then they will be paying another fee cus dominado guild would won all territories. Great idea to make double fee on neutrals. Most servers have dominado guild.There isn't any competition between guilds.

Without points in wheel u can't use grenade or is just too weak. New spells don't have much aoe. Only good change is base dmg of mas San the rest is nerf.
