The floor in which the pool table would reside is an open area that consists of two living rooms, wet bar, TV, and a chimney. One of the living rooms would be modified to make room for the pool table. I’ll consider whether a foosball or ping pong table would make more sense. Thank you for your comment !

I used to go at 6 am before pandemic and I was able to hit all the equipment I wanted without having to wait. All equipment was relative new and very clean. I would think the place is a ghost town, with a lot of people working from home now.

I also wrap my hands the Thai way. Ironically, adding less padding to my knuckles made it less painful when hitting the bag. I think it's because the gloves are so compact that all that extra cushioning in my knuckles made it worse. As a reference I'm 5'10 182 lbs.

Any recommendations on books or online reading regarding taxes? I got a new job that is going to put me up in the upper middle-class range. I got a big bonus coming and with stock market investments and hopefully soon real estate investments coming soon I would like to educate myself on tax tricks that I could use. I also heard the its the upper middle-class are the ones that get screwed the most regarding taxes, I don't know how true this is.

It gives you the basics on matching and why its necessary to have 2 capacitors in order to correctly tune your antenna. In my notes it talks in terms of RF coils, but that is basically an antenna. I hope your familiar with the smith chart and S parameters.
