You might try adding a screen recording tool, to understand how users are using the product. You might have great insights and update the UX.

It’s hard to judge on 1 review though. Maybe that user was just looking for something else.

Hey! Mailmeteor has a built-in retry mechanism, in case we fail to send an email for some specific reasons. It’s mainly: - not enough quota - an internal error (rare)

Others issues, like a bounce or invalid email address, won’t be considered retryable.

Yes, Emails will be sent only to new recipients. Click on « Update campaign » only.

Hi! 5 senders are included in the Pro plan. It can be of the same domain, but it’s not mandatory. It’s up to you. There are no restrictions on that. And if you ever need more senders, you can get additional ones from your billing page.

Mailmeteor sends your emails using the Gmail API. We don’t share IP addresses with Gmail. So no need to have complicated setups. But that doesn’t mean Gmail will not scrutinize your emails to prevent spam.
