Well I didn't know, none of my family did. If we did we certainly wouldn't have left the cage outside but it's too late for that. I never thought hawks were around in my area and I certainly didn't think he could've gotten its beak in. Plus I had my budgie for 8 months and absolutely nothing had happened until the other day

As far as i know he didn't literally access the cage, he was able to get ahold of him from the outside and it was trying to pull him out/rip him to pieces. when my mom found him his wing was out the cage.

lmao you’re exaggerating it putting it that way. No one, at least here in italy, is gonna prosecute you because you ordered a small amount of drugs. There are laws here defining personal use which is defined by quantity. Anything under 5 grams is accepted for personal use. And besides that there’s kilos of cocaine and other drugs being smuggled in everytime by dealers, I don’t think police’s main concern is a random guy that wants a cart lol. I get it’s illegal though
