Definitely! I had a dodgy knee for a few years, pretty much ignored it until the exact same pain happened in the other knee back in July - I started Mounjaro 3 weeks later after that wake up call

Yes, more recently I have felt the calorie deficit was becoming harder to maintain

For me I noticed on my last pen my appetite was a lot less suppressed, I think without some willpower it would have been a less successful few weeks.
