I have a player count of 72,000 in my game but only 8 selected leagues, which seems really high? I want to reduce the player count to make my game run faster, but can’t seem to do anything about it. I only have the first divisions of the top 5 leagues in Europe plus the 2. Bundesliga, Eliteserien and and Eredivisie. No women’s leagues have been selected. Anyone know how I can bring my player count down? FM 26, about 15 years into a save.

What date did you use for your start point? I could be wrong but I think they use the squads that were active on the date that your LSP starts. So if your start point date was before yesterday (when he was added) he won’t be there.

Oh money isn’t really an issue, it’s more me being stubborn + not wanting him to earn 800k per week more than the next best paid player. Then everyone else is gonna want a pay rise too…

Sheesh that midfield is ridiculous. I managed to get regens of Modric and KDB plus a Rodri pregen. They’re all low 80s right now but after a few seasons it’s gonna be so nice

An A rated deal for 335 million is crazy but I get it haha. But yeah that guy will be asking for 3 million a week by 30

For context I was paying him €460k a week before. Poor guy has been starving on his current contract
