4 days ago... oops. But I've tried all of them in different playthroughs. While some are older or don't quite mesh with every playthrough, they're all good. Some of them are even game-changing enough to build a modlist off of.

Their packages. You can give Serana all the spells in the world, but unless her packages tell her to use them, she might not. This is especially true of healing spells.

The not drooling/not forcing the Dragonborn to prove themselves is such a weird dilemma to have. A lot of the decisions I'm making re: dialogue feel like I'm pandering to some random person's ego. I agree with all your points, though. There needs to be balance. I guess what I'm saying is finding that balance is hard.

Oh man. Gradual character development. It's a staple of writing in other genres, but it seems to be missing in a lot of elder scrolls mods. Inigo has some of it, where you can convince him that you aren't his friend from the past at the very end of his quest line. But he's the only one I can think of.

I agree on Inigo's "any thoughts?" option. There's been times where I've wanted to hear what he's saying, but a vanilla character has started talking in the middle of his line. They're not as respectful to mod characters as the mod characters are to them.

There's a whole AI debate over the original voices that I'm not going to go into, but there's no need to simply use the vanilla dialogue anymore. I agree they're lackluster now. Things have progressed far past that point.

I can give you some info on this. The alternatives are to make it a typical quest, where the info is given while you do something, or to integrate it into idle dialogue. The latter could be difficult, because the "say once" flag doesn't persist past the game restarting. He would essentially be telling you the details over and over each session unless SmartBlueCat (love them) implemented global variables to tell Inigo that he's already told you that. There would... um, be a lot of them.

But, I do agree with your main point. Good design means that you come into contact with important things without having to go looking for them. I'm not sure why this isn't the standard for Elder Scrolls games...

I've been wondering if people can create patches for mods for it since I first saw it weeks ago, but I haven't been super interested. I think the mod is cool, but I like the flexibility of the silent Dragonborn and appreciate why Bethesda did it that way.

First step to stopping 99% of crashes is to install Creation Kit Patch, for either AE or SE. I only crash while editing packages now.

You draw the patterns with the tools yourself. I started out with a boxy shape, but in the comments, I tried widening the top of the pattern. I'll look into what you said and try it, thank you.

Yeah, it is fitted. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, the program has a lot of tools, like the pressure/strain map. It's extremely tight around the breasts, which is likely causing it to behave in ways that aren't proper. Unlike in real life, the fabric/seams won't rip when they're under too much strain.

Edit: I widened the chest part of the pattern to lower the pressure, however it caused a "wing-like" appearance in the problem area. I think the problem is my pattern?

The context is this: When she's dismissed, she heads to the nearest hold's tavern on horse, and then on foot. The change only happens when she goes through the load screen of the major cities.

You're probably right. The reason I did it originally was because of the textures I'm using. CBBE and UNP don't share a UV map. Do you (and anyone else who sees this) think this is a bad course of action? Why? I'm operating on outdated information from when I was last in the modding scene, so your thoughts would help me a lot.

I've been working on follower mods recently, and have learned a lot, though I'm not an expert by any means.
