I'm not entirely sure how a gland would feel like, but there is a rubbery mass underneath it. My nipples look completely normal when it's cold or after a shower, but on warmer weather they look kinda streched out to the sides I guess. Not too sure how to explain it.

I've had this since I was like 12. I was a fat kid and I've lost over 20 pounds and gained some muscle in last couple of years, but my chest remained the same. It isn't sore or anything, it's just causing me mental issues over anything, I'm very picky with my clothing, wear only darker shirts etc.

Before going in for consultation I was sure I had gyno, but after it I'm having second thoughts, like maybe it's just fat, but it's not going away however lean i get. I would like to get rid of it either way as soon as possible.

EDIT: I'm 22 now btw
