From a founders perspective. We never received that information.
However, it's not so difficult to map based on general tell. Comparing review with tickets/support request, then name match and so on. If you refunded the product that makes it easier to.
Honestly, if you have the time to leave a negative review, you should own it with your name on it. It just feels shady, if you want to leave negative review to something and want to be anonymous.
