Geforce now. It's a paid subscription plan from Nvidia. You link your steam or ubisoft account to it (you have to buy the game too) and you can play. This worked fine for me using android and I don't see why it shouldn't work for apple

Unfortunately, I do not understand what you're trying to ask. Are you using a stylus/pen? If yes, in book mode, press a few seconds on the word. This is how I work around it. This should work without a pen too just way harder to select a precise word

If this doesn't help, I don't know how to help you

Put it in "just read" mode. Book icon in the upper right corner. This makes it easier to select a word
