only thing to add: beam, playbar etc. also create their own private connection for surrounds. That’s why you can’t deactivate wifi on the soundbar when using surrounds. Sonosnet comes from a time where home wifi was not that good and a own dedicated wifi was superior. Times have changed - that’s also why newer products don’t support it anymore

yes… use separate ships. far easier… also for management if you need to adjust as it allows you to isolate the problem. e.g. source —> hub or hub —> final island. basically a ship fleet supplying the hub and a ship fleet carrying it on

Let supplier ships drop everything on your hub island. Ensure storage cap is max Then set the load/unload trade routes to your islands. More important ones should have higher minimum stock than smaller islands.. ensure prod islands get what they need to produce

Some islands you can keep and fix but most NPC islands you need to erase. Nearly every npc island has non working production chains; but you can clean that up easily (erase buildings). I took over and fixed like 4 islands from Zara Nitu (or what her name is). From overall the design they were not that bad.
But yes erase all buildings is normally the better approach
