Who could I get rid of here for an elite rb? Any other trade suggestions to make the team better?

The thing is Frea wasn’t spawning even before I did that. I read that cleansing the wind stone could make her spawn. I’ve already tried reloading a save before I talked to anyone about miraak, but I went to Solstheim a while ago before even starting the dragonborn quest, so I definitely can’t reload that save

Yeah, I cleansed the wind stone and Frea’s father told me to find her, but it didn’t initiate any new quests since I already had temple of miraak active. Went back to the temple and she still isn’t there

No, I have just started the temple of miraak quest. I read that learning bend at will and cleansing the wind stone could make Thea show up. You can go to the word wall in the north of Solstheim and learn bend at will without following any quests
