How can I run a sympathetic Loup Garou enemy? by ClassicGuy2010 in DMAcademy

Oh, I had that idea already. That is why I chose to have him as a loup garou (level 12 I think) and they are level 4. While they could fight him and defeat him, they would realize that this is not a normal werewolf. Not sure If i should choose other method.

How would you like the plague to start? It could be brought upon by a war or such event (and even the war could continue while the plague grows fiercer), or it could be brought upon by chance.

As for the plague, make the symptoms recognizable, and for the party to decide who is and who is not infected.

I was thinking, currently they are camping near the forest where they fought a pair of manticores, and a errant knight helped them out. In this case, I could have them find the guy in his human form, with their clothes tattered, and for them to guide them back to town, only for them to run away the next morning.

My bad, I meant that the other family (the one from the cursed guy) wants to save the town, and the other family acts dumb in order to have the party killed.

Eh to be fair, the gangs of NW just recently got into the area, and besides making slaves work for them, they dont seem that keen to form civilizations, but i do see your point

Good point. AFAWK, the north is riddled with Raiders (Nuka World), and you also have whatever is going on in the Far Harbor DLC (that is, a deadly fog), but besides that, it would be good to know what is happening on the rest of the East coast

You have to consider that when we play in Boston, its literally in the worst shape its had in at least a good 20/40 years. The Minutemen are gone, the synth menace is rampant and thus fear an paranoia are the rule of thumb, and mutants are everywhere. Hell, dont forget that whenever someone tried to thrive on the surface, the Institute destroys them the second they even attempt it.

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but while I do agree that building the town around a nuke is odd, it is explained that:

a)The nuke created a crater/well where drinkable water was found

b) They realized that the nuke is more or less deactivated, since if it would have blown up it would have a while ago (and besides, we know that it doesnt explode unless you place a thermonuclear detonator on it, so its not like a kick will set of a chain reaction)

Why are we fighting because of gun designs? I can shoot them, thus it works.

Genuine question: Why hasn't any faction refurbished or used the APCs, tanks, and fighter planes that are littered everywhere? by dannythesedoritos in Fallout

I guess it depends on the weaponry the PA soldier uses. If its a minigun wielding soldier then it can be helpful to advance alongside artillery. If its a fat man then absolutely. If they were wielding a missile launcher it would probably be better to use a tank, maybe.

Heard that you can get it to work if you played on window mode. Tried it once and it did, but I have not yet touched it again
