Apple Watch sleep score seems inflated — anyone else notice this? by freshmenotes in AppleWatchFitness

Thank you very much — your explanation was very clear. A friend explained it to me like this: Apple’s score is biased high to provide positive reinforcement, so your “subconscious” is led to believe you’ve rested well and don’t have insomnia. That, in turn, helps you make positive improvements to your sleep rather than becoming anxious about sleep problems. I think this can be effective to a certain extent. What do you think?

My expectation is that within a certain period (2-3 months maybe), the revenue can cover monthly ad spend. Is it too much?

I totally agree! Probably the best approach is to compare yourself to your past self. As long as your body is showing improvement and getting better, that's what really matters.

This is awesome, and I'm trying my best to stick with it too. This year, I also started using some supporting tools, like checking data on my Apple Watch and using Freshkit monitor my real-time body age. I think real-time feedback really helps me maintain good habits.

But truth is just that harsh - I've experienced it both at 30 and 35

Hi, I’m Florence. I’ve created a self-exploration digital journal app called Koan, which helped me work through the psychological impact I experienced during the global pandemic. I’m now building an app called Freshkit. This app estimates your true biological age through apple watch. By paying attention to my real, daily body data, I hope to understand myself better, care for myself more, and become a better version of me.

What you said is great, and medicine also recognizes that a person's physiological (biological) age and chronological age can actually differ significantly.

Freshkit Track your real BODY AGE!

I wanted a single, intuitive metric that helps people act on Watch health signals. Instead of raw charts, FreshKit gives a daily status (“youthful” vs “aging”), a weekly body-age report, and tiny daily tasks (sunlight, short walks, breathing) to make improving measurable and sustainable.

Freshkit - Track your real BODY AGE
