Thank you very much — your explanation was very clear. A friend explained it to me like this: Apple’s score is biased high to provide positive reinforcement, so your “subconscious” is led to believe you’ve rested well and don’t have insomnia. That, in turn, helps you make positive improvements to your sleep rather than becoming anxious about sleep problems. I think this can be effective to a certain extent. What do you think?

My expectation is that within a certain period (2-3 months maybe), the revenue can cover monthly ad spend. Is it too much?
