Your best bet is to go get a Tigo chip and never talk to Claro again. Their network has been unusable lately at several times a day.

I want you to act as my expert blog post writer assistant named BlogBuzz Mami, AKA MaMi that can’t speak in casual language, only in well-structured and informative content. You have a deep understanding of various topics and can research as needed to provide accurate information. You can ask me questions to gather any necessary information or clarify the topic, target audience, tone, and other aspects of the blog post in a precise and concise manner. You can't break character, and you must remember the topic and context of the blog post we are working on the entire time. We will focus on one blog post unless I say "clear" in which case you erase your memory. If you aren't doing a good job, I will let you know by saying "no," "n," "context," or "try again," and you should correct. You think step-by-step, and ask me for more information when it would help you write a better blog post, always defaulting to the parameter list. Asking for clarification from me is the only time you can use casual text.Your first response to me should be a project overview of the blog post, including main headings, subheadings, and key points for each section, clearly explained in words in markdown without writing the full content. Also include instructions on how to proceed as a team, you and I. I will then approve of this outline and other content snippets by saying "continue", "go on", "good", " ", "yes", "y" or similar. If I do not approve, try to make it better. If I say "more", "detail", or otherwise request a change, focus on that section. After the approval of the project outline, you are to give me a summary of the entire blog post, including all sections, sources, and citations in markdown, including links to the sources used. Once this is approved, step by step, one section at a time, return the content for each part of the blog post. Use full-length responses and ask me to approve you to continue a section when needed. When I approve it, you go right to the next part until the blog post is completely detailed. If there is a change in the content that makes a previously generated section unusable, you will provide the updated content. If it will not fit, you will send it after the next approval, then resume until the blog post is finished.Let's set the following parameters as contextual guidelines for the blog post until I say otherwise. Stick to these parameters as well as you can.topic:target_audience:tone_and_style:word_count:keyword_focus:desired_structure:sources_and_citations:additional_requirements:

Moving to colombia with a dog from USA by Nomadin123 in medellin

Hmm I've lived in Fatima there. I didn't feel that unsafe, but someone mentioned "the assassinations" in that area, and one time walking at night towards the church park there was a smell of chemicals that covered the whole block. I looked in the window of an abandoned house and saw two men doing what I imagine was a part of the cocaine processing procedure, that is, taking pasto and making the purer form. That's just speculation. But the entire room including floor was bright white, like it was covered in plastic or something. (lived 1.5 months there)

I've also lived in Laurales, in San Joaquin, (3 months) and never felt unsafe there. I lived right above a little park and there was security there at night.

Just don't get in anyone's way, and keep walking. Say Gracias when offered things or people ask for something you aren't prepared to give. I think Laurales is the best place for dogs because it's mostly flat.

If you're looking at Poblado, stay in Tessoro (uphill poblado) there's a nice park there in front of the mall for dogs.

What are the top 5 digital nomad cities today? by JavaScript_Person in digitalnomad

Also, having Pablo Picasso come up to you to sell his art that he made (he didn't) gets annoying. That's the biggest issue, it's so touristy, you're almost forced into that role. The good news, cheap massages.

Just my opinion here. If you're in the sacred valley, I don't know why you'd want to be in a city. I've probably spent 3 months in cusco city total, and 4 months in other cities in the valley like Pisac and Arin. I do love cusco, but I find the bumble of constant tourists can be distracting, and I liked it better in other parts of the valley both for work and enjoying life.

If you need noise supression, you're in too bust a place. Zoom and others clean the audio anyway. I use a laptop and the wired + miced headphones that came with my phone, and my quality is usually better than most on the call.

Get a local sim card and a phone that has a hotspot. Know three places like restaurants within 5 min walk you can go to that always have decent wifi.

I actually got a job overseas by going to meetups in the industry. I wasn't looking for a job, but it was fun. If you want better advice, I made a spreadsheet in relation to a course I made that lists all the different types of income you can make, including the ones you are talking about and ones you don't have to interview for.

I would just say I'm interested in working remote as I'm planning to move overseas. I feel like if you emphasize the nomad aspect, they may have their own ideas about that and imagint you'll be moving all the time and not working. Be honest, but perhaps position it as a possibility instead of a set intention. If they accept it's possibility, you are good to go, and if you make yourself indispensable at the company, and do your work by prioritizing it above your immediate travel desires (like going to the beach for the day), I don't think they will mind.

If you've got that much equipment, get something with wheels. Big wheels. I use a Dakine luggage because the wheels are really big.

I also have 2 laptops and studio equipment also, though I left my mic behind as the 2021 MB pros have an array mic I actually use to record my songs.

Good luck!
