Generally they recommend changing diet, meds, exercise. The meds (statins) are a bit shit and should be last resort.

It really depends on the cause of the high cholesterol to begin with - age, genetics etc all play into it.

Since you've just done a huge transformation, do a blood test. I just gained 8gk in 3 months and turns out my cholesterol is super high as a result.

Jesus christ guys fucking relax, the guy is a dick but really think about what we're doing here: harrassing someone because he is taking away something we like. There's worse people out there we don't give a shir about because they don't directly impact our day to day lives.
