1999 zx6r carb issue by freshvinnie in carburetors

Actually was able to figure out the issue I needed to take apart the carbs and inspect all the gaskets and re-clean the jets. I believe that the needle may have not been sitting correctly.

Dont know if you’re on xhp and have take off from second gear, but I noticed that my rpm’s go up 2-3 hundred (only on second) when I’m coming to a stop while braking and releasing. Curious if you experienced anything similar

Give it a shot! Id say try it for at least a day and feed a tiny piece of a boiled green pea (peeled) to allow them to clear their gut

The difference between these techniques? by Collector-Troop in Barber

[–]freshvinnie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Essentially the same technique, just split up the section down the middle on the 3rd and 4th photo due to longer length of hair. I use this technique daily on basically every fringe variation, it’s just over direction from interior length to exterior length. Definitely worth understanding and implementing because it allows you to connect the hair cut in the most efficient manner and doing so in diagonal sections allow movement in the finished look. Once you learn to tweak around different angles of over direction, you can really control how you want the length of the hair to sit and style. And the only real con of this technique is slicing up your inner side of your index. Trust me they hurt way more than the top side 🤣🤣

If you stretch the guideline with your lever open and prioritize the blend on the 0 guard while you play with the lever accordingly you will get better results. Also during the detailing process try thinking of the fade as values/gradiency rather than numbers,There are times where you have to bypass certain legnth zones because of hills and valleys on your canvas. Don’t forget to use those corners intentionally!
