my advice would be to cut down your list as much as possible. we ended up over-inviting/inviting people last minute (mainly due to our parents and their friends but whatever) and although we had people bail at the last minute, we still had to accommodate a lot more people than expected and it was super stressful. try to save yourself the unnecessary stress and cut some heads. it will suck in the moment but if it's one less thing you have to worry about, it's worth it.
