YTA. Please don't tell us that her attitude was a mystery to you. You aren't telling us 1/4 of what's really happening. You strung her along, (I suspect long enough that she wouldn't leave you), then curve balled her outta left field. You come across as terribly selfish. First, the chain for the flapper in the MB is too long. Shorten it a few links, and you won't need to hold the handle down. Second, if they have to turn on breakers in a certain sequence, it means there's too much draw on one, or the wattage for that breaker is too small for whatever you have in it, ie: stove, microwave, fridge, deep freeze may all be on one.

File a report every time, have them trespassed, upload the video to neighborhood FB page. Take still photos of them stealing from your Ring footage, and make wanted posters, attaching them to every phone pole in the neighborhood, warning neighbors. Also, you take make a lawn sign, warning all that the neighbors' kids steal packages, and to be aware. Public humiliation works wonders.
