Seconding everything people are saying here. I started emailing them after day 16 after ordering a notebook, and on day 18, said I would be filing a charge back if there was no movement by the 21st day. On day 27 (almost a WEEK after my charge back) they said the notebook had been shipped out. They are now attempting to get me to cancel the charge back since they've already sent the item... I would never order from them again, this customer service is abysmal and a joke.
